الحمد لله
لقد أخذ العلماء شروط حجاب المرأة المسلمة أمام الرجال الأجانب من الأدلة الواردة في الكتاب والسنة فإذا التزمت المرأة بها فتلبس ما شاءت وتخرج به إلى الأماكن العامة وغيرها ويكون حجابها حجابا إسلاميا ، وهذه الشروط باختصار هي :
1- أن يكون الحجاب ساترا لجميع البدن
2-  أن يكون ثخينا لا يشفّ عما تحته
3-  أن يكون فضفاضا غير ضيّق
4-  أن لا يكون مزينا يستدعي أنظار الرجال
5-  أن لا يكون مطيّبا
6-  أن لا يكون لباس شهرة
7-  أن لا يُشبه لباس الرجال
8-  أن لا يشبه لباس الكافرات
9-  أن لا يكون فيه تصاليب ولا تصاوير لذوات الأرواح

🇺🇸Being a Muslim Woman,how must they wear their attire to say that she is a muslim woman.

Praise be to Allaah.

The scholars have based the conditions of the hijaab (covering) which Muslim women must wear in front of non-mahram men on the evidence in the Qur’aan and Sunnah. So long as a woman adheres to these conditions, she may wear whatever she likes in public places and elsewhere, and her hijaab will be considered Islamic. These conditions may be summarized as follows:

The hijaab must cover her entire body

It should be thick enough to conceal what is underneath it

It should be loose-fitting, not tight

It should not be so attractive as to call men’s attention to it

It should not be perfumed

It should not be a dress of fame and vanity (i.e., it should be extravagant or excessively opulent)

It should not resemble the dress of men

It should not resemble the dress of kaafir women

It should not be adorned with any crosses or pictures of animate beings

Louange à Allah

Les ulémas ont déduit les critères du voile à porter par la femme musulmane qui se trouve en compagnie d’hommes étrangers d’arguments cités dans le Livre et la Sunna. La femme qui se conforme à ces critères peut porter le vêtement de son choix et se rendre là où elle voudra, dans les lieux publics et ailleurs et estimer qu’elle est habillée islamiquement.

1. Le voile doit couvrir tout le corps ;

2. Il ne doit pas être transparent ;

3. Il doit être suffisamment ample ;

4. Il ne doit pas porter des décorations qui attirent les regards des hommes ;  

5. Il ne doit pas être parfumé ;

6. Il ne doit pas être trop luxueux ;

7. Il ne doit pas ressembler aux vêtements réservés aux hommes ;

8. Il ne doit pas ressembler aux vêtements portés par les infidèles ;

9. Il ne doit pas porter des croix ni des images représentant des êtres dotés  d’âmes.

🇵🇱 Sebagai wanita muslimah, bagaimanakah seharusnya mereka berbusana sehingga layak dikatakan sebagai wanita muslimah?

Alhamdulillah, alim ulama telah menjelaskan kriteria hijab wanita muslimah terhadap laki-laki bukan mahram. Kriteria tersebut bersumber dari dalil-dalil Al-Qur'an dan As-Sunnah. Ia boleh memakai jenis busana apa saja dan boleh keluar ke tempat-tempat umum apabila telah memenuhi kriteria tersebut dan dianggap telah berbusana secara islami. Kriteria itu sebagai berikut:

Busana tersebut menutupi seluruh tubuh. Tebal dan tidak transparan. Lebar dan tidak sempit. Tidak berhias hingga menarik pandangan kaum lelaki. Tidak diberi wewangian. Bukan termasuk pakaian glamour. Tidak menyerupai pakaian kaum lelaki. Tidak menyerupai pakaian wanita kafir. Tidak terdapat gambar salib dan gambar makhluk-makhluk bernyawa padanya.
